The location is perfect, right near the aquarium and Akeesta. Breakfast was basic, lacking meat options. Room was clean and views were nice. Parking access was easy from the garage. The A/C was quite loud at night.

Excellent accommodations, excellent location with a creekside room that was worth the extra money and a delicious breakfast offering a variety of options such as scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The room was clean and had a nice balance of comfort and charm. The bed was decently comfy, perfect for a restful night. We appreciated the spacious bathroom and the hot water worked great. The balcony provided a lovely river view, ideal for morning coffee. the room had noise issues; the air conditioning from a neighboring property was disruptive at night. The décor felt a bit dated, and the couch could have been more inviting. Staff were helpful, but the check-in experience was lacking warmth. Accessibility to downtown venues was a definite plus.

Perfect location! Easy walk to shops and the aquarium right across the street. The river view from the balcony was a nice touch, and I enjoyed listening to the water while watching ducks and even a bear cub wander by. Clean rooms and friendly staff, although one receptionist made me feel uncomfortable. The breakfast biscuits and donut holes were a highlight. the room had a musty smell, and the window insulation left much to be desired. Older property, but well-maintained overall. Accessible parking could be improved; the ramp was quite steep.

The kids loved the theme park and the pool area was perfect for little ones. Staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay relaxing.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but the experience was still worth it.

The view of the river from the patio is a definite win. Breakfast is decent with good options, and the location makes it easy to walk to local spots.
The balcony was practically a sound stage for the neighboring hotel's exhaust fan.

The location is perfect, and parking is super convenient. The room had a balcony and was equipped with a microwave, fridge, and flat-screen TV. Loved the comfy bed with multiple pillows. The pool area was nice and had sun loungers. Great fitness center too. Staff was friendly and helpful, made everything easy.

the beds were too hard for my comfort. the breakfast area felt cramped and there were few protein options.

I worked from a beautiful room with an excellent balcony view. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory, but a bit repetitive for a longer stay—some variety would enhance the experience. Location was prime, allowing easy access to attractions, with the added bonus of free parking. the walk from parking to our room posed challenges, especially for families with heavy luggage. Noise from above was an issue one night, but management quickly addressed it. Carpeting required deep cleaning, which impacted our comfort. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A solid choice with potential for improvement. Would recommend, but with guidance on parking logistics and cleanliness expectations.

We were really disappointed with our room situation. Instead of a nice balcony view, we ended up on the ground floor, staring at the parking lot. The noise from the nearby aquarium was unbearable, making it hard to relax.

I absolutely loved my stay as this hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from downtown Gatlinburg, making it so easy to explore all the restaurants and attractions like Ripley's Aquarium and Anakeesta, not to mention the beautiful river views from our patio and the convenience of free parking right outside our room; plus, with cozy beds and a complimentary breakfast, it really caters well to both couples and families, but it could benefit from a bit of an upgrade for the breakfast area to improve flow during busy times.

Rooms were exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and well-lit. The staff was accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location near a trolley stop allowed for easy exploration of the surrounding area.
The layout of the property was confusing, with some rooms not offering the expected views. the breakfast options lacked variety, especially for those with dietary restrictions.

Located near the bustling Main Street with easy access to attractions and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Appreciated the ample breakfast options, particularly the biscuits and gravy and convenient parking close to the room. Enjoyed the room overlooking a fast-flowing stream, providing a relaxing ambiance during the Christmas stay.
Limited breakfast options could use variety like fresh fruit or sausage. Disappointing lack of a riverside view in the room, facing a busy road instead.

My recent stay at was enjoyable. The comfortable rooms, convenient location, and free samples were all delightful. The balcony overlooking the river added a special touch to my stay. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

One thing I really liked was the pool area. They had this cool separate section for kids, which was great 'cause I could relax a bit without worrying too much. Plus, the pool was super clean - I even saw the pool guy scrubbing away early in the morning. The location of the hotel was pretty convenient too, right across from the aquarium. It was nice being able to walk around town without needing to drive everywhere. But, there were a few things that could've been better. The air conditioning unit was quite loud, and when it was off, the traffic noise bothered me a bit. the hallways seemed to get really hot - not sure if it was because of the vending machines or something else. I also wish the breakfast had more options, especially in terms of meat. A bit of bacon would've been nice. And the bathroom door in my room didn't lock properly, which was a bit inconvenient with kids around.

A place to escape for a few days, with rushing water to snuggle up with the ones you love. Also only 2 miles from the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Favorite restaurants are all within walking distance.
Struggled with the tiny TV in the king room.

the location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions like the aquarium. the room was clean, and we appreciated the low lighting that was easy on the eyes. the breakfast selection was varied, with a quick line and plenty of seating. the staff was always cheerful and the parking was convenient, especially with the option of a sheltered spot.
Everything was spot on! 😊

Our stay at GreyStone was amazing! The location was perfect as we were able to walk to all the attractions and shops in Gatlinburg. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a great experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the river where we could feed geese and ducks. We also appreciated the free parking and the convenience of being able to explore downtown without having to drive.
The gate on the 5th floor was always closed, making it inconvenient to access that area. Additionally, the vending machine on our floor didn't work properly and took our money consistently.
